Michele Williams is trained as a life coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is certified as a Career, Transitional, and Conflict Coach through the Certified Coaches Alliance (CCA). She has leadership experience in both government and non-profit organizations and spent much of her time as a first responder coaching and supporting the work of others in her agency.
Michele also acquired a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology to better understand the science of people at work. She recognizes work life is not your whole life but the culture and effectiveness of organizations has a profound impact on the lives of individuals and can improve, or be detrimental to, a person’s wellbeing and organizational effectiveness.
Michele was also honored to receive the Santa Fe Professional Business Woman of the Year in 2017.
Michele is trained and certified as peer supporter worker (CPSW) in New Mexico.
She is looking forward to helping professionals with individual goals related to career advancement and transitions and to help organizations with finding ways to maximize performance, hiring and training the best people, creating better strategies, evaluating culture and helping leaders with creating high functioning teams.
